For the third successive year, we visit Lanzarote - again staying at the Hotel Costa Calero in Puerto Calero, on this occasion for eleven
nights. Due to the Covid pandemic, this is our first trip abroad since our previous trip to Lanzarote in February 2020. Flying with
Jet2 from Birmingham, our holiday is from November 19th to 30th.
Unlike our two previous stays at the Hotel Costa Calero, we are not in Suite 224, but we occupy Suite 459.
The room is very spacious,
but due to poor design, much of the space is wasted.
However, the views from the large balcony are just as good.
Except for a couple of cloudy days, we enjoy warm and sunny weather with the very welcome blue skies - most mornings begin with an
attractive sunrise. Our hire car (right) is a Citroen C-Elysee 1.6 VTI automatic.
Playa Blanca - where we enjoy an extensive walk to the marina.

The Sunday market at Teguise is well patronised, despite the Covid restrictions.
Our walk from Puerto Calero to Puerto del Carmen is rewarded with a tapas lunch ....
.... but we return to Puerto Calero by boat.
