One of our favourite locations on Lanzarote: the Cactus Gardens at Guatiza.

With its cubic whitewashed houses, and tree-lined Plaza Leon y Castillo,

the village of Haria provides a pleasant place to stroll.

The menu of the El Cortijo Asador Grill (below) includes

rabbit and baked suckling pig - not sampled by us.
